Training can be tough or boring. Repetitive or exhilarating. Tedious or taxing. However it feels or treats you, take it at face value and know the benefit is worth the ups and downs. Exercise will have moments where you wonder why you put yourself through the torture or the yawns. The strength one gains is in mind. The body will follow when the mind has been trained to want to continue down a path of better living.
Train your brain for better choices. Think about the adventures you can have in your life if you have a body that can perform to get you there. A car can drive by something to see. A strong mind and body can take you somewhere to see, feel and experience.
The view from the mountain top is greater than the drive through the valley.
