Once a week
It is okay to have one crazy day a week if you are not in weight loss mode. You can maintain your weight while staying on schedule for 6 days a week. Don’t fret if you have 1 day where you break your diet and workout plan.
If weight loss is the goal, the above practice may need to be avoided until you reach your goal weight. 1 day out of every 2 weeks would still allow you to lose weight in this mode.
